Equipment upgrades and modifications (including adapting imported machinery to Australian standards)
You've got a machine that needs new electrics, a panel that needs building, or imported equipment that needs to meet Australian standards. We handle the design, documentation, and build - and because we also do the controls programming, you get one contractor instead of two.
18-outlet MCC for a craft distillery operating in an EEHA-classified environment. Designed to support a main distribution system of brewing and distillation loads at 415V three-phase. Over 15 DOL motor starters, VSD integration, intrinsically safe barrier circuits for explosion-proof compliance, and solid-state low-water cutouts for boiler protection. Full electrical design, panel build, and commissioning.
Electrical design for a 185 kW conveyor starter and 37 kW regenerative winch system across five voltage levels (1000V, 690V, 415V, 240V, 24VDC). Four motor outlets with heavy-duty contactors up to 50A at 690V, 50 kA-rated motor circuit breakers, earth leakage protection with ELD trip relays and toroids, and full documentation including single-line diagrams and circuit schematics. Panel design through to on-site commissioning.
Custom panel for a stone calibrator production line handling high-power spindle motors, multiple VSDs, water recirculation pumps, and pneumatic solenoid banks at 415V three-phase. Dense hardware layout engineered into a single enclosure with dedicated motor protection circuit breakers, hardwired safety relay circuits, E-stop isolation, and light curtain integration for operator safety.
